The process of admission to class Nursery will comprise the following:

Original BSP Service Certificate must be submitted alongwith the Registration Form.
The print out of the filled in Online Registration form duly signed should be submitted in the school office along with one
attested (either of the parent) stamp size latest photograph of the candidate and that of both parents pasted on the form
and two photographs of the candidate along with the required documents and prescribed registration fee within three days
(excluding the date of online registration) from the date of Online Registration.
Submission of printout / hardcopy of Registration form after Online Registration with the required documents at the school,
from the date of Online Reigstration must be done within three days (excluding the date of online registration) as per the

800/In case the parent is seeking admission of his/her child against the EWS quota (residents of Maroda
Sector and Risali Sector only) he/she shall submit the following documents:
Any two proofs of residential address viz. Electoral Identity Card, BPL Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Valid
Passport, Latest Paid Electricity Bill, BSNL Phone Bill, Registered Lease Deed made six months prior to
the submission of the application form, alongwith an affidavit on stamp paper should be submitted in case
of rental accommodation.
Latest Annual Income Certificate of the earning parent/s, issued by the Revenue Officer not below the
rank of Tehsildar, Bhilai / BPL Ration Card.
Adequate Proof like Ration Card or Electoral Identity Card in support of their stay in Bhilai for the last one
year.

Those seeking admission against EWS quota (residents of Maroda Sector and Risali Sector only) are
required to deposit the registration form in the school office.
Final admission is subject to verification of the above documents to be produced in original. Photocopies
shall not be accepted at the time of admission.
The school reserves the right to verify the residential address through home visits (EWS).

If the information provided is found to be incorrect or false the candidate shall be automatically debarred from selection
process without any correspondence in this regard.
