MOSHOLU MONTHLY

January 2017
Dear Friends,

We hope you all had a good holiday season with family and friends. As a human service agency we have many concerns as the
new administration takes office. Will they cut Head Start were we serve 15 classrooms full of students 3&4 Years of age? What
will happen to Medicare and Medicaid, which is used by large numbers of people we serve? If major funds are cut to New York
City, will that affect our many elementary school and afterschool programs? These are just a few areas of concern that we have
and we have to be very vigilant and keep ourselves informed and most importantly work together to stop what will be harmful to
us.
Our new program brochure is in the mail making its way to you and is listed at MMCC.org. Please take a look and to register for
the classes and programs that meet your needs.
Happy New Year

Our goal is to create a trusty seamless program that offers a continued of care
and creative and fun afterschool activities.
We are looking for teachers who teach interesting subjects or have new ideas.

which include Afterschool and other programs such as the Teen and Adult programs.
