Phraseology and precedent phenomena in the poetics of a literary text

This article analyses the role of the phraseological linguistic level and precedent
phenomena (catchwords) in a works poetics. Studying the text of the novel (The
Force) by Branko Brdjanin Bajovic we have made an attempt to point out the importance
and the function of the given linguistic units in the poetics of the text.
