    window for maintenance purpose).
    Amine Reflux Condenser (Platform with railing required on both sides & at
    inspection window for operation & maintenance purpose).
    Hot Oil Heater Stack (Platform with railing required at Stake for Emission Test
    purpose).
    Dew Point Unit (LTS Skid, Platform with railing required on for operation &
    maintenance purpose).
    Instrument Air Compressor (Platform with railing required maintenance purpose).
    Propane Condenser (Platform with railing required maintenance purpose at other
    side).
    Debute Overhead Condenser/Condensate Cooler (Platform with railing required
