VIBRATING SCREEN

Screens for sizing and straining can be furnished with any style of edge
preparation or hook strip, ready for installation into any type equipment.
Often the edges of screens of woven of heavier than .250" are
fabricated to hook on to the vibrating frame. however, most screens
made of .250" and lighter wire have a hook strip supporting the edges.
Absolutely square hook strips enable screens to be kept under greater,
more uniform tension. This protects them against distortion and
excessive vibration which causes metal fatigue and breakage
.applications in a wide range of industries, including food processing,
chemical, paper, coal, clay, and metal mining. Used for dewatering,
washing, sizing, scalping, and more. Also widely used on shale shakers
for reclaiming drilling mud.

3G Screens are made out of course type wire mesh to meet specific requirements duly woven accurately
to mesh sizes with appropriate wire or rod sizes.

Heavy Duty wire screen are specially designed for extremely rugged
operations for grading, sizing, processing and supporting heavy
abrasive materials such as Ores, Crushed Stones, Sand, Gravel,
Metallic & Non-metallic minerals, Coal slag and various solid and
powder formed organic and inorganic chemicals.

Specifications
Mesh opening: It is normally described by number of mesh (measures
from center to center of wire) or hole opening / aperture (measures from
inner edge to edge of wire) per linear inch. We provides Screen opening
from 1mm to 10 mm.

Wire Diameter
O.711mm ( 22 SWG) TO 14 mm.

Width
Up to 3 meters.

Material of Construction
Mild Steel, Spring Steel, Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass,
Phosphors Bronze, Copper, Nickel, Monel, Nichrom, Inconel and other
alloy. Edge hook mater.ial are of any
metal as for Customer requirement.
