Booth Guide Lines

Saturday February 25th - Rancho Community Park - Amphitheater
1. Must arrive @ 10 am Saturday morning to set up booth and
check in.
2. All Booth/Vendors must provide their own props (canopy, tables,
chairs, display holders, etc). If you need help with any of the set up,
please make sure to contact FAYM coordinator..
3. There will be no go carts available to carry props. Only bands
will be allowed to drive in and drop off instruments behind stage. If
you have something very heavy, please make sure to coordinate with
FAYM coordinator, so we can make sure you can drive in for drop off.
4. All parents, family & friends must have ticket to enter the
festival. The FAYM Festival is a fundraiser event to help local and
international communities. Thank you for your support.
5. To support our fundraiser, vendors will leave 10% of sales and
sponsors $50.00.
Proceeds will go to Doors of Faith Orphanage and to support arts in
our local community.
6. We are not responsible for missing items.
7. Must have a Release of Liability sign form to participate at
event..
8. All vendors must conduct themselves in a professional manor &
respect all vendors..
