PROPOSAL FOR SELF-MASTERY FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE COACHING

The following proposal is a description of the foundation, process, expectations, and

benefits of a 6-month self-mastery for peak performance coaching program. Over the last
10 years, Destiny Life Coaching has been known for delivering tangible results through
peak performance coaching. Our clients have produced and reported unprecedented
results for their organizations.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
In the Self Mastery for Peak performance Coaching Program, Destiny Life Coaching and
Family Bank partner to:

Focus on achieving six-month Coaching for capacity building to drive massive

performance

Use assessments to understand team strengths and communication style

Create a custom plan: a 'roadmap' to the goals

Discover and live their fullest potential.

Resolve situational roadblocks that may emerge along the way.

THE COACHING PROCESS

In partnership with Destiny Life Coaching the Family Bank team will utilize the G-R-I-P
model. This unique approach allows for the achievement of breakthrough goals in
business and career while developing new peak performance and leadership skills, and
resolving situational roadblocks that may emerge along the way.
G - Goals: The coaching program starts with a goal-setting process. The team will gain
clarity and direction as they envision where they want to be six months from today both in
personal and professional lives. The team shall set clear and empowering vision in each of
the following areas; Health & Fitness, Spirituality, Relationships, Career/Business, Money,
Personal Organization, Growth, Contribution, Emotional Fitness, The team will benefit
from learning how to meet the 6 basic human needs for optimum performance.

R - Roadmap: The subsequent sessions focus on goal achievement in all of the above
areas. We will work together to map out a customized step-by-step plan of milestones
necessary to build a team that delivers the vision of being the financial institution that
leads in the positive transformation of peoples lives in Africa.
I - Ideas: In subsequent coaching sessions, we shall brainstorm ideas, learn proven peak
performance coaching principles and best practices, and discuss techniques similar
institutions have used successfully.
P - Practice: At the conclusion of every session, the best ideas become measurable,
actionable, accountable massive action steps for the best results. The team will be
supported to build these skills until they become second nature.
The coaching engagement typically includes one-hour group meetings per week for 6
months.

strengthening self-mastery skills:

FEES FOR COACHING
Our Fees for a six-month coaching program are:
Ksh 5,000/ Per Participant Per session
The monthly fee for coaching is billed at the beginning of the coaching month and includes
four 1-hour coaching sessions.

Once approval is received, we will begin the coaching process and establish billing. If you
