V scriu n legtur cu aplicarea la programul de mobilitate Erasmus+ la Universitatea Alexandru I.

Cuza
din Iai. A dori s petrec stagiul de mobilitate la categoria STA. n prezent, desf or activitate de predare
i cercetare n cadrul Departamentului Finane i bnci, Facultatea tiin e Economice, Universitatea de
Stat din Moldova.
A onora oportunitatea dac m-ai accepta pentru programul Erasmus+, deoarece aceasta va nsemna mult
pentru mine i activitatea mea viitoare. n primul rnd, ar fi cu siguran o oportunitate de a-mi mbunt i
abilitile de predare la discipline ca: Managementul financiar, Finane corporative, Analiza
financiar, Preuri i tarife. Cred c aceast experien la Universitatea Alexandru I. Cuza din Iai va
mbunti competenele mele profesionale, pentru c voi primi o ans de a comunica cu studen ii,
cadrele didactice, reprezentani ai structurilor de conducere, s m familiaizez cu activit i specifice
derulrii unui program de studiu.
De asemenea, fiind abilitat cu dreptul de conductor de doctorat, a fi onorat s m familiarizez i cu
unele aspecte privind activitatea unui coordonator de tez de doctorat, elaborarea de teze n cotutel,
precum i stabilirea unor relaii de colaborare pentru viitor.
Voi aprecia i oportunitatea de a mbunti experiena mea de Pre edinte al Comisiei de Asigurare a
Calitii la Facultatea tiine economice, din moment ce Universitatea Dstr are o apreciere nalt n acest
domeniu. Astfel, vom face schimb de experiene i bune practice n acest domeniu.
Acest program este i o ans de a compara sistemul de nvmnt economic superior din Republica
Moldova cun un sistem european. Ulterior voi folosi aceast compara ie pentru a promova bunele practici
ale sistemului educaional romnesc la Facultatea tiin e Economice a Universit ii de Stat din Moldova.
Motivele alegerii Universitii dumneavoastr pentru efectuarea stagiului de mobilitate academic
(predare):

aplicarea i consolidarea competenelor mele de predare i cercetare ntr-un mediu diferit de cel
care este n Republica Moldova, beneficiind de apreciere din partea colegilor mei de la Facultatea
Economie i Administrarea Afacerilor, n mod special a celor de la Departamentul Finan e,
Moned i Administraie public, cu care Facultatea tiin e Economice a USM colaboreaz deja
n diverse domenii;
consolidarea competenelor mele n domeniul managementul calit ii, n mod special sunt
interesat de activitatea Comisiei de Asigurarea calit ii la facultate;
familiariazarea i cu unele aspecte privind activitatea colii doctorale privind elaborarea de teze
n cotutel i realizarea de cercetri interdisciplinare.

A fi foarte recunosctoare, dac vei lua n considerare cererea mea i-mi veti oferi o ans de a participa
la programul Erasmus+ la Universitatea dumneavoastr, care ar marca dezvoltarea mea profesional i
personal.

I am writing regarding the aplication for the mobility program at the Alexandru I.
Cuza University from Iasi. I would like to spend mobility internship at the category
STA. Currently, I am engaged in teaching and research activity at the Department of
Finance and Banking, Faculty of Economics, at Moldova State University.

I will honor this oportunity if you will accept me for the proramg Erasmus+, because
it will mean a lot to me and to my future activity. First of all, it will be certanly an
oportunity to improve my teaching abilities for diciplines as: Financial Management,
Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Prices and tariffs. I think that this experience
at the Alexandru Ion Cuza University from Iasi will improve my professional skills,
because I will recieve a chance to communicate with students, professors,
reprezentatives of management structures, I will familiarise with specific activities
to carry out a study program.

Also being empowered as PhD supervisor, I would be honored to get familiar with
some aspects of the work a doctoral thesis
I am writing in connection with the application program at the University of Erasmus
+ Alexander I. Cuza University of Iasi. I would like to spend internship mobility
category STA. Currently, i am engage in teaching and research in the Department of
Finance and Banking, Faculty of Economics, Moldova State University.
I honor opportunity if you'd accept for Erasmus +, because it will mean a lot to me
and my future. First, it would certainly be an opportunity to improve my teaching
skills in subjects such as: Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Financial
Analysis, Pricing and tariffs. I think this experience at Alexandru I. Cuza University
of Iasi will improve my professional skills, because i will get a chance to
communicate with students, teachers, representatives of management structures, I
will also get familiarised with specific activities to carry out a study program .

some aspects of the work of a doctoral thesis coordinator, in co-development of
theses, and establish relationships for future collaboration.
I appreciate the opportunity to improve my experience as Chairman of the
Committee for Quality Assurance Faculty Economic Sciences since your University is
highly appreciated in this area. Thus, we exchange experiences and best practice in
this area.
This program is a chance to compare the economic higher education system in
Moldova with an European system. Later I use this comparison to promote good
practices of Romanian educational system at the Faculty of Economics of the State
University of Moldova.
Reasons of choosing your internship University for academic mobility (teaching):
implementing and strengthening the powers of my teaching and research in an
environment different from that which is in Moldova, benefiting from the
appreciation of my colleagues from the Faculty of Economics and Business
Administration, especially those from the Department of Finance, Currency and
public administration, which MSU Economics Faculty are already collaborating in
various fields;

 strengthen my skills in the field of quality management, we are particularly

interested in the work of the Commission for Quality Assurance in college;
familiarized with some aspects of the work on the development of the doctoral
school theses in co conducting research and interdisciplinary.
