axisofthemandibularcanineiscoincidentwiththelongaxisofthemaxillarycanine.Thisis
describedasanendtoendcaninerelationship.B,Inthisexample,thedistalsurfaceofthe
mandibularmolarismesialtothedistalsurfaceofthemaxillarymolar.Thisprimarymolar
relationshipistermedmesialstep.Themaxillarycanineispositionedintheembrasurebetween
