How to mount the PWM to the heatsink:


The transistors needs cooling. They have to isolate from the heatsink
with TO220 silicone and TOP3 silicone isolator plate. When you have
done you should check the isolation between the heatsink and the back
of the transistors. The required heatsink area is depending on the
expected load current the ambient temperature and the air ventilation.
It is about 200-500 cm2 2-5 mm thick aluminium plate.
