Congratulations to Clare Coates
as the speech therapist of
the quarter!! She is absolutely
deserving of this award! Clare
works tirelessly on behalf of
her patients to ensure that they
are receiving the highest quality
care. She communicates frequently
with therapists, doctors and nurses to
coordinate care of the patients on her
caseload. The caregivers/parents that Clare
works with have reported that she is
knowledgeable, kind and courteous and their
children love working with her. I am so
grateful to have Clare on my team and
she is a wonderful asset to KidsCare Therapy.

Courtney Lewis
OTR

Occupational
Therapist of the
Quarter
Courtney relocated from Ft.
Worth earlier this year, just in
time to help get the Houston
division going. As our lead OT,
she has been essential in
building the OT team and is
supervising a COTA in addition to
mentoring other OTs who are new to
our area of practice. Their feedback about
Courtney has been lovely. In her supervision
she is respectful, helpful, and patient. She takes the time to teach
and train in a way that enables, encourages and builds them up.
Parents appreciate her dedication and willingness to help them
access additional services and provide training to them so they can
help their children. She has certainly gotten to know the Houston
area by saying yes to patients a little far from her home to help us
establish our footprint here. Courtney, I dont know what we
wouldve done without you! Congrats and thank you!

appreciated. You can ask anything of Rachel and it will get done and
