JAHSEH D ONFROY, on or about October 06, 2016, in the County and State aforesaid,
did unlawfully and feloniously commit an aggravated battery upon GENEVA AYALA by actually
‘and intentionally touching or striking said person against her will by HITTING AND/OR HEAD
BUTTING AND/OR SLAPPING GENEVA AYALA, while said person was pregnant and the
defendant knew or should have known that she was pregnant, in violation of s. 784,045(1)(b),
Fla, Stat., contrary to the form of the Statute in such cases made and provided, and against

And the aforesaid Assistant State Attorney, under oath, further information makes JAHSEH
D ONFROY, on or about October 06, 2016, in the County and Stale aforesaid, did unlawfully,
knowingly and intentionally, and against the will of another, to wit! GENEVA AYALA, impede
the normal breathing or circulation of the blood of a family or household member, to wit
GENEVA AYALA andior person with whom said defendant is in a dating relationship, to wit:
GENEVA AYALA, so as to create a risk of or cause great bodily harm by applying pressure on
the throat or neck of said person, in violation of s. 784.041(2)(a), Fla. Stat., contrary to the form
of the Statute in such cases made and provided, and against the peace and dignity of the
State of Florida,
