Narelle Melnick

Narelle is a mother and an Ayurvedic Postpartum


Doula, based in Topanga, CA. She is also a yoga
teacher specializing in pre and postnatal yoga, with a
great passion for aromatherapy and all things birth and
baby. She strives to makes all the mothers she serves
feel deeply supported, nourished and satiated
physically, mentally and spiritually, as they make their
own incredible transition into motherhood.

Paula Mallis
Paula is a mother, Doula, Spiritual Counselor, Facilitator
of women circles and Founder of WMN SPACE living in
Venice, California. Her practice blends together her
experience as a mother, her expertise as a Doula, and
her extensive training in Spiritual Psychology. Paula
believes that birth can manifest in many forms for
women. As women, we have the opportunity to birth
babies, projects, new versions of ourselves and all that
we are called to bring into the world. Supporting women
on their own unique journey in life is her deepest passion.

Anjum Mir

Anjum leads the parent/child program at


Westside Waldorf School, in Pacific
Palisades, CA. Her classroom works with
parents and their children from birth to 3
years, creating an environment in which
children can grow and explore at their
own pace, while guiding parents on how
to create supportive rhythms and ritual in
their family life. A mother of four, Anjum
is committed to helping mothers and
children find beauty.
Julie Bernier

Julie teaches women the art of self-care so


that they feel their healthiest and happiest in
their own unique bodies. This holistic
approach to individualized wellness is
rooted in the ancient Indian knowledge of
Ayurveda: a complete medical science and
way of life that explains how our wellbeing
blossoms when we align ourselves with
nature. Julie is a registered Ayurvedic
practitioner with the National Ayurvedic
Medical Association, a Certified Massage
Therapist, and a classical hatha yoga
teacher. She studied each of these
modalities in the US and straight from their
source in India.

Mira Kingsley

Mira is a spiritual guide, wife and mother.


For 20 years she taught somatic
consciousness and mentored artists in
institutes of higher learning including NYU,
CalArts, and as a tenured Professor of
Dance at The University of California, SB.
Mira also served as the Spiritual Advisor
and Resident Teacher at the Middle Way
LA Center. She has taught Buddhism, the
yogic traditions, and spiritual development
around the world. She has a passion
for empowering woman to embrace
the unique gifts of their female form.
