What is your knowledge on the DRRM?

Ahh. I had training with DRRM and I am part of the CDRRM council, the whole
council and because Im a doctor I used to work with the department of health, I
was the disaster coordinator at that time

What is your role in the DRRM planning?

If there are disaster, I will be part of the response and the rehab, recovery and
rehab
For the social welfare, we are incharge of the camp management and the relief
distribution. So we preposition goods and prepare the ah the families in the
evacuation. We manage the evacuation centers

How often do you conduct or attend seminars/meetings or planning related to

DRRM?
Regular. If there is a full council and I had training last 2013 AND 2014 thats
Yolanda, mostly from INGOs or department of health or office of civil defence

What was the response of the subordinates?

Did you encounter problems? What are the specific problems?

Wala. Kasi city naman tayo eh, its very ano.. kasi pwede naman siya sa ano. kasi we
have a barangay office that disseminate this. Tapos we meet barangay captains

Why do you think some people resisted evacuation orders?
