1.2 Installing the Filter on the Wall

on the mounting bracket of the filter to fasten the 2. Fit the hangers on both sides of the filter into the gaps

mounting bracket.

1.3 Installing the Filter on a Pole

1. Put the four long bolts through spring washers, flat washers, the mounting bracket, the front and back
pole-mounting brackets and screw them up to fasten the mounting bracket on the pole.

2. Fit the hangers on both sides of the filter into the gaps on the upper side of the mounting bracket.
3. Use four screws on each side to fasten the filter on the mounting bracket.

Note:
1. The RF port of R8862A is waterproofed with a cold-shrinkable tube.
2.The joints of other RF jumpers are waterproofed with the 1+3+3 method (that is, one layer of one-layer
insulation tape, three-layer waterproof tape, and three-layer ultraviolet-proof tape)
3.The metal covers of the idle RF ports of the RRU should be screwed up.

1. Connect the PE terminal of the filter to
the outdoor grounding busbar with a
short grounding cable. Note that this 3
ground cable should not exceed 2 m.
2. Connect the NODEA and NODEB ports
to the TX/RX ports of the RRU with RF
ANTA ANTB
jumpers.
3. Connect the ANTA and ANTB ports to
the corresponding RF ports of the
antennas RF jumpers.

Note:
1. If the distance between the RRU and
the antenna is short and they are
directly connected with two 1/2 super
flexible jumpers, it is recommended
that the total length of the two jumpers
not exceed 5 m.
