Description:
Billing System is designed for creating different types of invoices based on orders created in
the Order Management System. Using this system user can create invoices, credit notes etc.
OMS application is used to create customer, internal, route and EDI orders manually i.e.,
order quantity will be an input from the user and not the system. The orders created by OMS,
are maintained, approved, manifested or shipped through OMS application.
HHC records all the transactions in a common file through TCOMM, which is given to every
sales person.
Interface provides data of master file to legacy systems. Interfaces also update data about
customer, point of sales etc - given by HHC to master file.
In ADA, When the Autonomous Distributor sells goods to company registered customer,
then company and not the distributor generates the invoice.
Dispatcher (Presell) Provides a way to deliver customer orders organizing them in delivery
routes and provides inquiry capabilities on orders and delivery structure, Sales ticket printing
and suggested load calculation, interface with HHC in download / upload.
MFI is an application which verifies sales and customer data that are coming from master file
application and then will be reached to related application e.g. OMS, Billing, IM etc.

Helpdesk is an internal bug tracking tool of the company.
Responsibilities:
Analyzed Business, Functional requirements and Developed test plans, test cases and
generate test scripts for both positive and negative black box testing.
