Description:
SOX-XL provides robust internal controls for enterprise
spreadsheet compliance as required by SOX. SOX-XL implements multiple
security mechanisms that include secure, role based access to Excel
spreadsheets such that only authorized users can make changes to
financial data. Cell level audit trails track all changes to data and
electronic signatures enforce accountability for all changes.

Description:
The eInfotree Digital Compliance EDMS Platform
from CIMCON Software, Inc is the industry’s first and only available solution
that provides 21 CFR Part11 compliance for Excel spreadsheets, Databases
and Files/Documents in a single system requirements such as audit trails,
secure file access, electronic signatures, password aging and account
lockouts. The software allows configuration of reason field settings and
transactions that require e-signatures based on action type and form.

Project Title: Automatic Repository Update (Utility for eInfotree)
Environment: VB, Oracle 9i, Webservice.

Description:
ARU is a product, which takes care of document
documents from the disk and stores the documents in eInfotree repository. It
maintains the versioning of the documents. This utility can run on timer basis
as configured to the database or through the windows scheduler. Also,
updates the modified file on the disk with that in added in the repository.

Instructor website has been designed for Instructors who can Schedule
classes Online and allows Students to get enroll on these classes as per
subject and instructor of there choice. Through Instructor website,
Instructors can create classes –subject wise, can set class strength and
allows to search student’s location wise. Students can search instructor’s
state or city wise and can get registered in there classes. Students can
request for extra classes if Time is not suitable or class is not available.
