INVENTORY SHEET
Inventories are assets available to the company to develop its production and commercial
activities in general, and they are directly related to the commercial area of the company
where a classification and a list of the goods and the price is set in general. On the other side,
no matter what the case, inventories are detailed items, materials, equipment, etc. available to
the company, and these are made in order to keep organized departments of the company and
to facilitate the location of materials.
Companies manage inventory sheets as tools to enhance and facilitate the organization,
location, and maintain an adequate stock of products in the store, which avoids cost and raw
material losses. However, companies now have technological tools that allow inventory
systems can be carried in a systematic way and with much more precision.
A basic example of sheet inventories of products manufactured and processed by the company
Casalac is presented in the table below and in the accompanying Excel file.
