2. Menyatakan amalan / cara-cara lain untuk menjaga
kesihatan gigi. BBM: Buku Teks

Aktiviti: Nilai Murni: Bersyukur, Kebersihan


1. Guru bertanya kepada murid akan pengalaman dan
pengetahuan sedia murid tentang cara-cara menjaga Kehadiran:
kesihatan gigi.
2. Guru berbincang tentang makanan yang tidak sesuai Refleksi / Impak:
untuk kesihatan gigi bersama murid.
3. Guru meminta murid menyatakan jenis-jenis makanan
yang baik untuk kesihatan gigi.
Makan buah-buahan tinggi kandungan
Vitamin C (oren, strawberi, anggur) bantu
cegah bakteria membiak dan gingivitis
Susu, yogurt, keju mengandungi kalsium
dan Vitamin D untuk cegah gigi rosak
Labu, biji matahari, bijan Mencegah kaviti
yang menyebabkan gigi sensitif
Sayur-sayuran (lobak, sayur berdaun, kacang
hijau) membantu membersih gigi dan gusi
daripada plak terkumpul
4. Guru meminta murid menyatakan cara-cara lain untuk
menjaga kesihatan gigi :
menggosok gigi
temujanji doktor gigi
menggunakan flos gigi
tidak merokok
5. Guru meminta murid melengkapkan Buku Aktiviti (M/S
17-19) dan latihan Uji Minda (Buku Teks M/S 27) ke
dalam buku latihan.

6. Pupils work in pair and talk about their ambition to
their partner.
7. Pupils listen to teachers instruction and match the
