A new system of governance is essential for the advancement of human society.

For
far too long we accepted an obsolete model to organize our society. The results of
this system are evident all around us, war, cultural disintegration, bankruptcy and
debt. Our economies linger on the brink of total collapse, individuals lose hope and
desire to work. Welfare programs crumble into dust taking people with them. All
that we do is just try and patch up the system that is already dead. We at the
moment have no form of viable governance. To be able to understand that we must
see the root problem. A system is as good as the depth of the problem it addresses.

The analysis of the stat. Our so called system of governance is made up of

institutions that relay on taxation to function. Taxation is the foundation on which
every such system is built and must be examined. We all know that if the base is
weak everything will crumble. So taxation is the process through which a group of
people takes by force a percentage of what people in a certain area produce. This
group of people get the right to do this by different means, some by democratic
vote, some by violent means or by divine right.

So why is it wrong to base your system on taxes? A good question that has a very
simple answer. If we accept that you have the right to property and that aggressing
against your fellow men is never justified we must conclude that forcing someone to
pay for your services is always immoral. Even if some consider a system of
universal importance one cant force others to agree with you. We arrive at the
conclusion that every system that is proposed must be funded by voluntary means.

On this premise I will build a system for the new century. A voluntary system that is
going to be responsive, that can grow and shrink, change goals and be accepted not
by force but by the realization that is the best system which produces the best
results. Of course everyone can quickly understand that no one can design a perfect
system. We have to have a method through which external forces can successfully
mold a good system into a great system.

There are some key factors when designing a good system. Transparency, a way
to get the information unbiast and unrestricted. Efficiency, rewards for
improvements and penalties for failures is absolutely necessary. Voluntary, no
action made by this system can initiate aggression on another human or group of
humans, it can only intervene when someone was aggress against or his property.
Noble purpose, no system can maintain the above metrics if the people that work
inside are not motivated by a noble purpose. It is necessary for the purpose to be
well understood.

All system mold and are molded by people affected by them. It is always an
evolution process that has no end in sight. Just like life evolution it must be bound
by some fundamental rules. These rules are reproduction/survival in life, but what
can it be in a governance system that aims to solve all kinds of problems? It can
knowledge or peace yet I believe that the pursuit of truth is fundamental. A
system molded by experimental evidence for different problems. If it doesnt abide
by this rule it must die, peacefully, orderly, like everything in the world it is not
eternal. This process must be natural so it must come from the voluntary nature of
this system.
