Dear Sir,

I, Arianne Jo L. Luspian, am writing to inform you that I may not be able to make it
to tomorrows class due to my attendance in my grandmothers funeral which will
be held in Mankayan, Benguet. Although I will try my best to still make it to our
class tomorrow.

I have not been able to attend class the previous meetings in consequence of
having suffered from appendicitis which ultimately led to my appendectomy,
attached herewith is a copy of my medical certificate.
