group will be responsible for five videos .
Each exercise movement composition should include the following;

a) Exercises for the following body parts 1.Lower legs 2. Upper legs and buttocks
3.Uppper body chest,shoulders 4.Arms 5.Core
b) Address the following elements of composition 1.Space 2. Dynamics 3.Rhythm
and Timing 4. Relationships. ( Refer to attached sheet)
c) Theme
d) Length - two and a half minutes no more than three minutes.
e) Appropriate and suitable music.

NB The same exercise cannot be used in any other of the members exercise
movement compositions. ie five different exercises required for the core etc.
