Manufacturer/Supplier: Prysmian Cables & Systems Limited / UK

Reference to Material Submittal no. BRT-MS-ELEC-004 dated 15th February 2014, please find
below our review comments:

1. Prysmian, UK brand is approved as manufacturer.

2. Darwish Trading Company is approved as supplier.
3. Resubmit with a valid QCDD product approval for FP Gold LSOH fire rated cable.
4. Submit voltage drop calculations.
5. Material submittal form shall be properly filled-up with the proposed submitted material,
FP 200 Gold & FP 200 Flex.
6. Bill of Materials complete with the area of application, signed and stamped by the
supplier / manufacturer.
7. Provide statement of acceptance that Notice of Delivery of Goods to site shall be
endorsed by inserting both the suppliers and importers company name, authorized
persons names, company stamps and signatures.
8. The installation, testing and commissioning shall be to the full satisfaction of the engineer
and QCDD.
