sponsored Open Fields for Game Bird Hunters.

Dawson, Fallon, Fergus, Glacier, McCone, Pondera,
Prairie, Richland, Roosevelt, Sheridan, Teton, Toole,
Valley, and Wibaux, but the program will consider

or emergency harvesting or routine grazing activities
