1.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our school staff room for all the teachers is going under construction now due
to poor infrastructure and lack of facility. The school has no modern staff room
where the teachers can operate in a conducive environment. The teachers have to
squeeze in the staff room with the few teachers desks and chairs available. We
believe that staff room is like a classroom where both should be conducive. Cranky
and edgy teachers cannot transfer knowledge effectively. Putting teachers in room
that are not conducive will make them uncomfortable and might affect the quality of
their teaching. Due to this purpose, we would like to you to make a request to give
us donation in helping us to get certain items that will assist the teachers especially
in getting conducive environment in their room. Conducive environment in staff
room will definitely support the teachers mentally and physically in preparing
themselves to be always ready in teaching and learning process. The motive of our
school is to expand and make available quality education to children. Due to your
donation we will be able to achieve this. We assure you of proper use of your
donation money.

2.0 BACKGROUND
Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Segambut Jaya is a high school situated in
the middle of Kuala Lumpur. It started on the year of 1985 and now with the
capacity of 69 teachers and 556 students. Since the year of 1985, the staff room

has never been upgraded. Therefore, this year we will like to improve the room to
better for sake of the teachers.
