A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. RENE S. CORDERO, MUNICIPAL MAYOR,

ESTANCIA, ILOILO, TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN THE SPECIFIC IMPLEMENTATION
ARRANGEMENTS (SIA) WITH THE ILOILO PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT, DULY
REPRESENTED HEREIN BY HON. ARTHUR D. DEFENSOR, SR., PROVINCIAL
GOVERNOR, AND THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT
(DSWD), DULY REPRESENTED HEREIN BY ITS REGIONAL DIRECTOR IN REGION VI,
MS. REBECCA P. GEAMALA, RELATIVE TO THE DETAILS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION
ARRANGEMENTS FOR KALAHI-CIDSS-NCDDP TIER 2 GRANT FOR THE MUNICIPALITY
OF ESTANCIA, ILOILO.

WHEREAS, Tier 2 grant is provided to municipalities in 177 areas that have shown
good performance in cycle 1 (c1) of KC-NCDDP implementation by the department of Social
Welfare and Development (DSWD) which identified the municipality as one of the recipients
of the said Tier 2 grant;

WHEREAS, this specific implementation arrangements (SIA) is Supplementary

Agreement to the General Memorandum of Agreement signed between the DSWD, Provincial
Government of Iloilo and the Municipality of Estancia, detailing implementation
arrangements for the KALAHI-CIDSS-NCDDP tier 2 grant for 177 areas affected by typhoon
Yolanda, in the municipality;

Whereas, availment and implementation of the Tier 2 grant is contingent upon the
Municipality of Estancia entering into and signing a Specific Implementation Arrangement
(SIA), with the Province of Iloilo and the Department of Social Welfare and Development
(DSWD) and forming part of this resolution;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Rene Aclaro, duly seconded by Hon. Alberto
Sulam and concurred in by all members present, be it;

Be RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve a RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON.

RENE S. CORDERO, MUNICIPAL MAYOR, ESTANCIA, ILOILO, TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN THE

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish a copy of this resolution to all offices and agencies
concerned for their information, guidance and appropriate actions.
