Sanger, her sister Ethel Byrne and Yiddish interpreter Fania Mindell counseling clients. This is used to
portray her work. She kept it very personal.
Sanger dramatized her Brownsville Clinic arrest in a film she produced in 1917. Named Birth Control,
it was banned by New York Citys Commissioner of Licenses, George Bell. Unfortunately, no copies of
the film have been found.
