STUDY PROJECTS: 1. DESIGN ANALYSIS OF TRUCK CHASSIS

DISCRIPTION: The main objective of this project was to conduct structural dynamic analysis of an
existing truck chassis. The dynamic characteristics and mounting points of the truck chassis design
were investigated using numeral method. The response of the truck chassis under various static
loading conditions were also presented

2. ALTERNATE DESIGN FOR HAND WHEELS IN CONTROL VALVES

DESCRIPTION: This project gives information about control valves and how they are actuated. The
system which is used now has got certain disadvantages. In order to get over them, a new system is
required. The result of project is a hand operated hydraulic actuator, which reduces the stress
experienced by the worker, by a considerable amount. To be precise, from 56 kgf to 30 kgf .
Furthermore, by incorporating a master of cylinder, we can make it possible to actuate the entire set
of valves in a relatively easier manner
