Instructions of pre-quotation for EPC project

The purpose of the pre-quotation documents, is to evaluate the method,
principles and suitability of each potential supplier for Olbapack in Algeria. We
will specifically look at Quality (reference objects), cost and time line of the
project.
The plant will be used for production of Beverage Cans and the buildings should
be fit to international standards like HACCP &BRC.

1. Assumptions: all mentioned assumptions in attached files are the best

knowledge of Olbapack at this stage. Deviations to these assumption could
change, due to for example geological studies, soil testing or other
unforeseen factors. The process area and the process equipment will be
fixed with very small changes and can at this point be neglected.
2. If there are, in your opinion, items missing that is unclear from project
scope point of view, make your own assumption and add that as your
comments.
3. Your actions and responsibility from the time you are embarking the site.

Your method of offer, ie Lump sum, % of project cost or any other
structure of your choice
Your best cost estimate and split of the estimates in three parts:
a. Design / Engineering phase
b. Construction
c. Management
The time line should be estimated in Gantt type format and indicate
minimum each of following items:
a. Design/Engineering phase
b. Procurement phase
c. Construction phase
d. At what point is the Production area closed, ie floor, walls
& roof finished

 5. Organization chart; description of your set up of management structure
for a project like this, including minimum, Site manager, supervisors,
technical experts and quality assurance functions.
6. Reference objects; Present your selection of references that would be
relevant for Olbapack Plant and the Algerian market. We would either talk
to persons at reference object, or visit their sites.
