Tourism is closely related to human existence. Tourism will certainly have
an impact on humans, including the health aspect. It is based on the reality that tourism will affect economic growth, environmental and social. In developing countries, economic espek considered the most important because it affects the promotion of tourism. Tourism is considered to be one of the supporting sectors of the state economy. From the growing tourism sector supporting sectors that contributed the economy. It can empengaruhi health sector to improve services. In addition it allows people meet their food better. Despite the fact that the health sector is not enjoyed by the local community. Even tourism is becoming the cause of environmental damage. Especially in developing countries that do not regulate the sanitary system of tourism as well. The development of tourism can also damage the ecological environment. Tourism in the country is often considered developments negatively impacted the social culture. Changes in lifestyle and food affect public health. Mental health problems are also to be disrupted because of changes in traditions and social values. Through tourism potential spread of disease outbreaks because of the tourists who travel and move. This study provides results help to expose and create identified by: government; property developers; estate surveyor; and policy makers-making; the benefits of such a compact build consensus and provide information that building effective compact agreement is the best practice to be encouraged and adopted to provide improvements in social (public) post-construction development and management of housing estates. Compact agreement, when built, will provide an opportunity to do the right thing at the right time. As a result, the compact agreement helps to give rise to optimistic desire contribution to good governance and public policy response, thereby contributing to a more favorable relationship between corporations and communities. This study proposes that adopting this approach would drastically reduce the feeling of being unwanted people about government and various institutions affiliated with public housing construction and post- construction management.
