AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, ANTONIO ROCES, of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of Zone 1, Lourdes, Iriga City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1 I was the owner of the house where the incident occurred;

2 That it was the birthday party of my grandchild, Nina;

3 That I instructed Pedro S. Cruz and Pablo B. Bendo to fix the

rope for the pukpok palayok game;

4 That I was the one who talked to Pedro after they fixed the
rope of the palayok and was told that Raul Clave was
having a drinking spree again;

5 That I was the one whom Don Santos asked for help saying
to check at the back of the house for Juan Seton was
unconscious due to Raul Claves rampage;

6 That I went there with Don and I saw Juans body being
carried to the kubo;

7 That I saw Raul there talking to one Glenn Galvez;

8 That I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
