Subject: Reclassification of the Promoters of the Company

This has reference to the intimation made by the Entities forming part of the Promoters Group of the
Company i.e Aloe Environment Fund II FCPR (Aloe) and Green Investment Asia Sustainability Fund I (GIASF)
vide their letters stating that they are desirous of not being considered as a part of the Promoters and
Promoters Group for the reasons stated hereunder.

The above entities have informed that as a measure of consolidation, on 6 th September 2016, Aloe
Environment Fund II FCPR (Aloe) and Green Investment Asia Sustainability Fund I (GIASF) have transferred
their entire shareholdings of 19,363,636 and 7,636,364 Equity Shares respectively to PerPETual Global
Technologies Limited (PGTL), the lead Promoter of the Company. Also they do not exercise any control over
the Company and are also not engaged in the day to day administration and management of the Company.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 14th February 2017 considered the request and approved the
deletion of Aloe and GIASF from the promoter and promoter group subject to the approval of the
shareholders and the receipt of necessary approvals from the stock exchanges and the statutory authorities
in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
