1. eTicketscanbebookedupto4hourspriortodeparturetimeofthebusfromorginatingstationoftheroute.
2. CustomerwillonlygettheeTicketwhenthetransactionhasbeendonecompletely.ForanyincompletetransactionHRTCwillnotberesponsible.
3. PassengerswhofailtoBoardtheBusattheSourceStationmentionedintheeTickethavenorighttoclaimrefundsinsuchcases.
4. Claimsforrefundsorextensionsinthecaseofreducedordivertedserviceswillnotbeentertained.
5. eTicketsarenottransferableanddonotconferanypriorityupontheholderovergeniunepassenger.
6. Ticketswhichareloaned,lostorstolenwillnotbereplaced.
7. HRTChasfullrightstochangeBusfares/BusDepartureTime/cancellationrulesanytimeDependingontheRulesandRegulations.

fromShimla(SourceofthePassenger),thenthecancellationruleswillbeapplicablefromtheDepartureTimefromRampur(OrginatingStationoftheRoute)and
notfromShimla(SourceStationofthePassengereTicket).ThiseTicketcanbecancelledbytheuserhimselfupto1:00PM.Nocancellationwillbeallowedforthis
eTicketafter1:00PMthroughanymode.NoEmailrequestwillbeentertainedforcancellationoftickets.
