General terms & 1. Any material needed other than those mentioned in the attached Proposal Sumary will be subject to our prior
conditions acceptance and additional charges.

2. Indicated prices in the attached Proposal Summary are valid only if all the items are taken as a complete lot
and all materials and/or services are availed not later than one 1 year from the date of Purchase Order.

In case the customer wants to cancel the P.O. unilaterally, then JAL has the right to apply the following

Customer & Contractor as defined in RFQ

10% of the P.O. value after order acceptance confirmation.

40% of the P.O. value after issue of drawings for approval.

50% of the P.O. value after release of order for major materials.

80% of the P.O. value after receipt of major materials.

100% of the P.O. value after start of assembly / fabrication.

Same cancellation terms will be applicable for partial cancellation.
