The intent of my inspection was to determine that the temporary shoring installed is in general conformance with the shoring and stabilization sequence that | recommended in my previous Repair Report, dated February 17, 2017. ‘On site, | confirmed that all shoring towers, wire rope tie-backs, the gantry jack system, and all lower level reshore posts are in place, and the Forming Concepts platform has been lifted to level. {tis my professional opinion that the shoring installed is in general conformance with my Repair Report, and that dismantlement of the forming platform may commence. NOTE: All shoring towers, wire rope tie-backs, the gantry jack system, and all lower level reshore posts must remain in place until dismantiement of the entire forming piatform is complete.
