February Briefing

Community Relations has been doing good in the month of February, as a unit we were focused
on the Valentine's Day events which occurred 13th to the 16th of February. Which were
relatively successful.

Customer Support
- Ensuring appropriate staffing with the appointment of Arteezy as Director of Customer
Support.
- Ensuring people in game receive their items and orders in a sufficient time.
- Planning sales for the whole year (these are in a google document).
- Reducing the amount of abusive, racist and generally unacceptable behavior on /v in
game.

Public Relations
- Setting up of the KSLR stream, panel and site.
- Promotion of the Dedicated Player system in game, forums and on teamspeak.
- Planning events for the whole year, in conjunction with customer support vice versa.
- Focus on networking in particular the facebook page as there was problems with the
content being posted on there recently.

All in all - and in my opinion - the Community Relations department is going pretty stable. The
only thing I would say is that it would be appropriate to give me permission to reinstate staff/hire
as it would streamline the process in appropriately staffing both Customer Support and Public
Relations.

I would like to remain in the direction that we are going, there are no apparent problems except
for that of the facebook page which has - I hope - been dealt with and we should not have any
problems with it in the future.
