listed Parties to PROVE:

1. That the COLD CASE POSSE INVESTIGATION of and under former Sheriff Joe
Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ is unmeritorious and does not represent proof
of fraud or forgery of Mr. Obamas long form birth certificate.

2. That Mr. Barack Obama is without any doubt a [natural born Citizen] of the
United States of America who during the two terms of office was
Constitutionally Qualified as such and did not qualify under the term of
[Citizen] as is the requirement for U.S Representatives and Senators.

3. Any reasons why the Plaintiff should not be awarded the sum of $10,000.00
per month until such and the total fined sum of $140,000,000.00 is paid in
full.
