2.2 HK obtained Sunlove Home's LEW approval. HK to lay cable & connect with sub-meter, target Info
power turn-on by HK LEW on 21 Aug 2015
Completed 100 % and turn-on on 19 Aug 2015
2.3 HK resubmitted on 30 July 2015 to PUB for earth control measure; pending approval from PUB. Info
Received PUB approval on 21 Aug 2015
2.6 HK, SH and MOH met up with IMH on 11 Aug 2015 Wed; whereby Systra MVA presented their Info
traffic findings and analysis; Live demo on the time taken for a 3-point turn by a tipper truck while
traffic is being stopped was conducted on 14 Aug 2015 at 2pm in the presence of IMH reps.
HK informed IMH may not be in favor of the 8m (should be 5m, not 8m as stated) wide
construction bays at Gate 1 and 2 only; instead removal of trees and lampost along the roadside
planting strip of Buangkok View to create the 3rd lane and to reinstate back to existing conditions
upon completion of project. HK submitted estimate cost for this proposal.
MOH to review the practicality of the above proposal. MOH

HK informed another round of meeting with IMH on 18 Aug 2015 to discuss on IMH's house rules Info
and to submit pre-construction survey around the proposed 2 gate access.
HK submitted detail drawings to MOH on 21 Aug 2015, requested by IMH and MOH will forward MOH
to IMH
2 copies of pre-construction survey for the requested areas of ambulance parking and TOL SH
storage by IMH was submitted to Sunlove on 24/08/15 and Sunlove will forward a copy to IMH
MOH arranged meeting to present revised final traffic proposal plan during construction stage to
IMH on 28 Aug 2015
Systra MVA presented traffic plan to IMH on 28 Aug 2015; HK
IMH requested traffic consultant & HK to review the necessity for tipper & concrete trucks to go
round IMH compound to enter into the construction activity zone. IMH prefers the trucks to take
the same route as the trailers as presented.
IMH also requested for permanent traffic wardens at both gates and hoardings to be in place
throughout the new construction activity zone; Traffic consultant and HK highlighted to IMH that
hoardings are not recommended for the site for traffic safety reasons. Traffic consultant further
highlighted to IMH that if hoardings are required, the safety buffer of 0.3m for placement of
water barriers currently in the traffic plan will have to be revised & increased.
HK is to ensure proper insurance coverage for the new construction activity zone;
Traffic consultant & HK to revise traffic plan as per IMH comments by Fri 4 Sept 2015.
2.7 HK presented alternative hoisting plan at Gate 3 area where it will impact Sunloves normal usage HK
of main entrance. HK proposed to use water barricades at entrance driveway. HK to ensure safety
to incoming vehicles or visitors. HK informed boundary wall and signage will be retained.HK to in
from SH 2 days in advance on hoisting for SH to co-ordinate and inform changes to operational
procedures for vehicles entering in and out.

2.8 HK has marked out the Parking lots, 3-point turning area and hoarding works. IMH requested for HK
a pre-con survey to be conducted to these areas; HK to arrange.

2.9 HK Received Form E approval on 30 July 2015 for temporary toilet clearance and will proceed HK
Form G & H clearance
HK informed PUB required HK to get IMH consent for temporary water supply before Form G and
H clearance. HK to discuss with PUB to tap water supply and reimburse to SH instead of IMH; HK
to seek PUB's approval and update status.
PUB advice HK to go through proper channel to request for consent from IMH to install a water MOH
sub meter. Letter of consent had been submitted to MOH on 20/8/15 for liaising with IMH for
approval. HK have concurrently submitted form H on 15/08/15 to request for temporary toilet
inspection.
Letter of Consent from IMH received on 27 Aug 2015.
2.10 HK provided visitors log book at SH's guardhouse for visitor/authorities to sign-in. Info
2.11 All Consultants and HK to attend Technical Meeting at 2pm before every site progress meeting on All to note
every Monday; followed by site meeting at 3:30pm.
HK will send out agenda of technical meeting on every alternate Thursday.
2.12 All Consultants and SH to attend VO meeting at last Monday of every month. All to note
JIA requested before the Site Meeting 2.30pm at site office.
1st VO Meeting will be held on 31st Aug 2015 @ 2.30pm

2.13 All Consultants to revert comments within 1 week for HK to update and revise submission if
required. All correspondences, RFIs and RFAs to respond, confirm and proceed within 2 weeks;
wherever possible.
3.2 HK completed 100% demolition at new admin block and is progressively hacking manually at Info
Pavilion and Exercise House.
3.3 HKC has resubmitted revised piling design based on AC comments to C&V on 31 July 2015; C&V CV
resubmitted to BCA on 14 Aug 2015. CV to update status of approval.
NOA for Revised Piling Plan received from BCA on 27 Aug 2015.

3.4 HK informed noise meter reading take between 7-10pm exceed min requirements; despite no Info
works at site. HK will maintain these initial readings as record for future references if necessary.
3.5 HK completed 100% clearance for affected trees and temporary services at Gate 3. HK installed Info
sound barrier hoarding above existing Boundary wall along Silra Home.
3.6 SH agreed and approved HK to proceed to divert existing dry riser pipe found in the area around HK
new admin block. M & E TY to evaluate on HK's Costing for this item which was submitted on 11
Aug 2015. HK informed diversion requires 1 week. Thereafter, HK to proceed to test pile for a
duration of approximately 10 days at new admin block area.
Technical details firmed up with SAC on 21 Aug 2015; HK will arrange to carry out works on
31/08/15 and to complete by 02/09/15.
3.7 HK completed trial holes and cable detection at new admin block and existing Guard House. Info
3.8 As per cable detection report, HK detected only lamp post cables found in at roadside planting Info
strip and footpath/box drain.
3.9 HK submitted on 14 Aug 2015 the estimated cost for demolition, construction and reinstatement MOH
for the entire roadside planting strip and footpath/box drain. SH forward the cost to MOH on 17
Aug 2015 for approval to proceed.
4.1 HK sent details of piling sub-contractor and method statement to CV on 5 Aug 2015; Pending CV
C&V comments & approval
4.2 HK informed that trial mix inspection for primary supplier (Island Concrete) was conducted on 9 Info
July 2015 and secondary supplier (Pan-U) was conducted on 15 July 2015. HK informed 28-day
test for both suppliers passed
4.3 CV submitted Pre CCTV survey of last IC to minor sewer. CV to resubmit dwgs tmr based on CV
PUB's comments. CV to revert on status.
4.4 HK submitted concrete admixture proposal, typical details and track records for CV approval. CV
for approval on 14 Aug 2015; Pending CV comments & approval. SAC informed HK to HK
proceed with trial mix and to adhere with Contract warranty for waterproofing admixture
The concrete mix design with admixture had been approved. HK arranging trial mix with
admixture on 31/08/15 and 02/09/15 respectively for both suppliers (Island Concrete and Pan-
United )
4.5 CV requested for PE endorsement for cut-off levels; HK explained that there is no such CV
requirement for PE endorsement on cut-off levels as these calculations are standard norm for any
project. Pending CV reply.
HK forwarded PE endorsement on 21st Aug 2015 and CV approved cut-off levels on 21st Aug 2015
4.6 CV to proceed with structural proposal for lift shaft and pit at new admin block as per SAC's CV
dwgs. CV informed they required approximately 1 month to proposal, submit and clear
authorities.
4.7 CV to reply RFI SA 1 and 2 on Column C127 setting out and dimensions of C130 & C132 ASAP. CV
CV replied RFI SA 1& 2. But need to clarify further with CV
4.8 HK to provide lift supplier details for supply, install and maintain for new lift at new admin block HK
HK will submit by the 14 Sept 2015

4.9 HK to submit quotation based on SAC and CV dwgs and alternative cost for steel structure with HK
cladding for new lift at new admin block
HK is unable to provide cost estimates until proper drawings & details are issued by the relevant
consultants; however, HK will continue to source for alternative lift contractor
5.1 HK conducted Trial hole to check for the unknown signal at admin building. HK verified 100 Info
diameter black pipe is a gas pipe confirmed by gas contractor. HK to retain and ensure pipe will
not be affected.
5.2 HK conducted hydrostatic test and submitted report, and informed cracks findings at existing IC SH
and drain line. HK to provide quotation for rectification works for SH consideration. HK submitted
Quotation on 22 July 2015 to Sunlove Home, pending Sunlove Home's confirmation to proceed
5.3 HK informed that submission for equipment and material schedules, catalogues, technical TY
specifications was done on 16 July 2015. Pending TY to comment.
5.4 HK highlighted the clashes of pilecap and existing IC line during previous presentation. HK will TY/CV
compile clashes and highlight in the RFI for CV/TY/SA advise
Compiled clashes had been sent out via RFI M&E 10 on 13 th Aug 2015. CV requested for
additional sectional dwgs and HK had forwarded the requested details on 26 th Aug 2015
5.5 TY to submit sanitary plan to PUB (SEW) early based on tender drawings. TY
6.1 HK to provide specification and loading details of salcon block for CV's approval to be used on the upperHK
2 storeys of the
existing building. HK to verify if salcon blocks can be considered as precision blocks.
HK submitted specs & loading details of the above to SA & CV on 26 th Aug 2015
6.2 SAC informed HK to replace internal dry room brick walls partitioning with fire rated partition HK
board with PSB certificate.
There will be cost implication for replacement with fire rated partition board; HK will advise on the
estimated cost asap.
7.0 QS Matters
7.1 JIA informed HK on 13 August 2015 that Contract Documents and Drawings are ready to be HK
collected
HK is checking through the docus & drawings and will forward to owner By 8 th Sep 2015, Tuesday
8.1 Next Technical meeting shall be on Monday, 31 August 2015 at 2pm followed by site meeting at All
3:30pm at Sunlove Home, Site Office.
