Difficult to imagine how a small island, which represents only one point on the
globe, can tell so much history. The archipelago of Malta, Gozo and Comino from
the exoticism in the heart of the Mediterranean, halfway between the Straits of
Gibraltar and the Suez Canal, just 100 km from Sicily, and not far from Tunisia.

of Ragusa. Then proceed to Comiso where we will visit a vineyard which produces

f Modica, where we visit the baroque center of town with its typical Sicilian Ba
roque terraces. Free time to visit the site or shopping, among which must not mi
ss the prestigious chocolate of Modica. Late afternoon departure to the port of
Pozzallo where the return sail to Malta. Transfer to the hotel and overnight. 8.

r the city of Milazzo, from where she left the ship to reach the birthplace of t

utiful natural phenomena historic sites. The island of Lipari is the largest of
the archipelago and boasts a remarkable geological past. We visit the cathedral
on the hilltop, which together with the town forms a sort of acropolis protected
location near the sea and the mighty wall. The pearl of the archipelago, howeve
r, Volcano, known for its eruptions are still active. Time for a visit and a wal
k. In the evening return to Sicily and continued toward the town of Cefalu. Hote
l accommodation, dinner and overnight. 4. day: Cefalu '- Palermo - Monreale (177
km) After breakfast visit the city of Cefalu and fortified cathedral of the twe
lfth century, famous for its fabulous Byzantine mosaics in the apse. Continue vi
siting the old wash house that dates back to when the island was occupied by Ara
bs. The route will continue to Palermo, where we visit the palace of the Norman
kings of the famous Palatine Chapel. Later, in the poorest part of the city thro
