What do you understand by change of state of materials?


Solids, Liquids and gases are states of materials. These states can be changed from one to another by heating
or cooling. Some materials need a lot of heatings or coolings; some do not.

How does the brain help us in seeing things?


When we see somethings, the nerves attached with the eyes and send messages to the brain. The brain
identifies the message and makes us understand what we have seen.

How does smoke cause air pollution?


Whenever we burn something, smoke is released into the air. Poisonous gases are released with the smoke
and get mixed in the air around us.

Why the cities are heavily polluted?


The cities are polluted because many people live in cities. There ia s lot of garbage and too many vehicles on
roads that gives off fumes. Also, there are factories that release smoke.

How are animals usefull to us?


Animals are usefull to us in different ways. It is used for ploughing the field, It gives us milk, clothes etc. It
guards our house. It help us to carry heavy loads.

How does the sun heat affect the humidity of a place?


When there is more heat from the sun, there is more evaporation. This leads to the presence of more water
vapour. This cause the weather to become humid.

Write difference between animals and birds?


Animals Birds
1-They have four legs. They have two legs.
2- They cannot fly. They can fly.
3- They do not have beak. They have a beak.
4- They do not have wings. They have wings.

Why must we grow and nature trees?


Trees absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and give us oxygen. Trees are very helpful in keeping the

environment clean. We inhale this oxygen air to sustain life. Hence we must grow more trees.
