MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT OF

PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
DEFENDANT, MARIO M. MOLO, through the undersigned
counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:

1. The above-titled case is set for pre-trial conference on 25 August

2014.

2. The counsel for defendant is afflicted with dengue and is currently

under observation and confined in the Qualimed Hospital located at
Donato Pison Ave, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Iloilo, Philippines, under
the care of Dr. Leanor Lapaz.

3. The Foregoing motion is fined not to delay the proceedings, but

solely for the reasons stated above.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that
the pre- trial conference set on 25 August 2014 be reset to another day,
preferably on the first week of September 2014 or at the convenience of this
Honorable Court.

Other Reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
