History
Elijah Kreuz was a student in the field of Earth Sciences when he was alive in 1989.
Being the son of an Emerald tycoon who had moved out of Germany after the WWII to
explore the naturally occurring gem-quality emeralds in Scotland he was taught about
the business world as soon as his father could mold him. Even so, his love of the
Mineralogy propelled into college with funding from his father. Planning to take over
his father's company later in life, Elijah focused more on prospecting, reosurces and
mineralogy. Having studied in the prestigious University of Oxford, with his father's
fortune, Elijah's drive to succeed and graduating top of his class, he was well set for a
future of brilliance. Or so he though. Barely a month after graduating, he met with a
man to discuss a business proposition to start an internship at an oil company, and, even
though that night's events are a bit blurry, he ended up on that man's apartment. What he
does remember, vividly, is drinking a viscous fluid with a very strong coppery taste. The
next day he woke on his own bed, a weird after-taste on his lips and a gnawing need to
find that man again. On his nightstand a glass of water weighted down a piece of paper
with the words "Call me tonight." written in perfect calligraphy. That night marked the
beginning of a new life, learning, experiencing and preparation for an unlife that
awaited him. Politics, Finances, Etiquette, all was taught to him, and in a few months he
was finally deemed worthy for Embrace.
Twenty-seven years have passed since that day, and Elijah relocated to an apartment in
the Southside of Chicago, near the Field Museum of Natural History, hoping to plant the
seeds for future profit in the fertile minds of the students of CU. To that end, he secured
a penthouse near the Field Museum of Natural History and Ghouled a student of Natural
Sciences to aid him in collecting a few other students as a personal Herd to shape and
help grow, and possibly start a new gem business himself.
Possessions
Smartphone, laptop, tablet, light pistol, small library on medicine, natural sciences and
literature, black Audi.
Further Information
Elijah's tic is that whenever he's stressed, he begins cracking his fingers with his thumb.

His Resources' source is his Herd, a group of students that pay Elijah $250/month for
tutoring, and rent money from his Ghoul.
(Herd 3 = 15 vessels | 15x2500=3750)

The Ghoul is a college student called David Goldberg who is majoring in Natural
Sciences. David is living with him, in the daylight hours.

Another reason Elijah was drafted into the Ventrue is a certain trait on his blood that
allows his to maintain a facsimile of life (represented by the Merit: Blush of Life) and
allow him to rise from day-slumber earlier, a perfect trait for a "pawn" to be able to
better mingle with the Kine on a daily basis.
