JOB DESCRIPTION : QUANTITY ENGINEER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes and follows up approval of variation orders.
Monitor extension of time claims and suspension of projects in the
processing of variation orders.
Involvement with progress claims (billing) and doing site visits from
time to time.
Coordinate and maintain communication with the agency regarding the
Statement of Work Accomplished (SWA) for progress claims (billing).
Liaising closely with the construction team and design team and doing
site visits for projects quantity take-offs.

MINOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
