TAOISM
Taoism or also known as Daoism, a Chinese Philosophy in the
latter part of Chou Dynasty. The term Tao, in English it means the
way. It teaches the nature of Yin-Yang Symbol, has way in which it
moves. The Taoist people believes that there are natural and proper
way of doing everything. If they dont do it in a proper way then there
will be a total chaos instead of receiving a peace and prosperity. Thats
why instead making our own way, we should follow the proper and
natural way instead of opposing it. Related to this concept is wu-wei,
in English it means not doing. People should not do something
random by doing things, instead accept the reality of natural way. It
flows through the force of nature, to maintain the harmony, peace,
happiness and health. Everything should be in harmony to maintain
the balance of our nature. To show the equality of everything. In every
situation that we will encounter in the future we should know how to
act fast and make a decision that we wont regret in the end. Being
balance is important in everything, bad and good are always together.
In every actions that we make there is a consequences. That is why we
need to be careful, we just need to follow the natural way instead of
doing things according to our own, so the balance wont be destroy.
Recruitment of Candidates
Recruitment is important in business, since this is the time where the
HR personnel will look for a person or candidate who is qualified in the
position that the company is looking for. It is conducted in an effective and
efficient manner. That is why ethics is important in recruiting process, since
recruiting has a bad reputation in business. But what if we encounter these
different types of dilemmas? Like misleading advertisement,
misreprensenting the requirements, etc. What can we do? Before we apply
for a job, we should know everything, about the company or agency, if it is
legal or if it isnt. Because sometimes this is the reason why many people are
easily fooled. It is vital for human resources to be honest, consistent and
objective during the recruiting process, they should concentrate on the
candidates quality, ability, not those irrelevant factors. HR Personnel should
be careful during the interview, everything must be introduced or presented
to the candidates to avoid legal issues in the future.
