As a brief introduction, 1GlobalClub or 1GC is the first social media in the world that offers rewards
to active members. We believe that members should be recognized and rewarded for being a 1GC
community. Therefore, we are investing our resources to build sufficient infrastructure such as server,
database and also in human capital to accommodate not only in Malaysia but also for international
level membership and business activities. Based on our data, ever since our official launching event
on November 23rd, 2016 by the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Malaysia, YB Datuk
Seri Panglima Madius Tangau, we believe 1GC is able to reach 2 Million membership and users in its
first years of its operation.

1GlobalClub will create and generate global memberships, thus enhancing real business opportunities
for everyone. As our Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak said, Online business is the way forward.
Therefore we need to change and manage our business approached in logical strategies, to fit the
dynamics of todays technology advancement rather than persisting and remaining in the traditional
approaches of the past. Similarly, instead of being contented with selling to just local consumers,
entrepreneurs should explore other alternatives in doing business as well. To share with you the most
current policy development, the Malaysian government has in fact declared 2017 Year of Internet
Economy for Malaysia. This direct encouragement from the government is in line with 1GlobalClub
vision and mission.

Digital technology through mobile devices, social networks and cloud computing, as well as other
technologies, had changed the way of business and customer relationships. While we can still endear
ourselves to the night market style, involve in typical retail outlets and depending on the skill of a
mouth marketing, we need to make an almost immediate mind-shift, to adopt and adapt positively
to the business of online marketing. The interesting fact about internet marketing is having the
opportunity to create a bigger consumer base for bigger profits, while able to use a smaller cost.

1GC was officially launched on 23rd November
2016 by Minister of Science, Technology and
Innovation Malaysia as the worlds 1st Virtual
Club Shared-Based Profit Social media and online
business platform. 1GC is headed by a dynamic,
motivated and efficient team currently led by
our CEO Dato Verdon Bahanda, a successful
businessman from Sabah. 1GC headquarter and
Data Centre is located in Cyberjaya and have a
branch in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We are rewarding
members while socializing and nurturing a
global entrepreneur community. We want to
create a Global & Social Business Network into an
Exclusive Business Club Membership. We help to
implement ALL-IN-ONE platform where people
can get connected, generate income and benefit
the community through strengthening our own
local brand and products.

Dato Verdon Bahanda is a successful businessman from Sabah. He has
been awarded by the Malay Contractor Association Of Malaysia on
November 2015 in recognition of High Performance and Excellence
Contractor presented by the Malaysian Prime Minister, YAB Dato Seri
Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak as well to acknowledge his company,
Mariwangsa Maju Sdn Bhd. He is also the founder of Yayasan Verdon
Bahanda. A foundation that help students and schools mainly in North
Sabah in the education sector as their main priority. Dato Verdon also
owned a palm oil company, VBB Resources which has been in the
industry for more than 5 years.

DATIN CYNTHIA GEORGE

DIRECTOR 1GC
Datin Cynthia George is a successful entrepreneur from Sabah.
Graduating from University Malaysia Pahang with a Bachelor of
Occupational Safety and Healthy with Honor, owning a jewelry store as
well as a Director of the oldest and the biggest Entertainment Company
in Sabah, Sky Laser Enterprise. Together with Dato Verdon Bahanda, she
is also the co-founder of Yayasan Verdon Bahanda.
