Sex Education is Important for Young

Generation
The younger generation now must be equipped with adequate sex
education in order they do not fall into free sex that ultimately detrimental
for themselves and their families. Generally,many families avoid
discussion of sex because they feel it is unworthy or taboo,but it is not
valid right now.There are some ways to be used in discussion of sex:

1. Do not hesitate to speak of sex in the family,especially if it aim

education
2. Communicate clearly about sex matter with children so they are not
afraid to discuss it
3. Instil moral values,norms,and religion from an early age so that
children do not misunderstand about sex
4. Adjust the discussion about sex according to age and level of
understanding of child
5. Limit your explanation or answer only to the question of children
alone,do not too wide and too far
6. Listen and be sensitive to critical questions of children
7. Use clear and precise terms,dont use sophiscated terms although
the aim is to soften the meaning.
So nowaday sex education is important for young generation
and it deserve to be discussed in the family.

 BALANCED DIET PREVENT INCOMING DISEASE

A balanced diet means getting the right kind and amounts of foods and
drinks to supply nutrition and energy for maintaining our normal life. A balanced
diet contains all of the six groups of nutrients, carbohydrates, protein , fats,
vitamins, fibers, mineral salts and water in correct proportions. Thus
balanced diet can also be called a healthy diet. Each of the above group
has distinct function in the human body. A nutritious diet while ensuring
overall well being, helps to maintain a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI),
reduces and helps in avoiding the risk of some fatal diseases like heart
disease, high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis and stroke.
However the dietary requirements of these nutrients can be different for
different groups of people, depending on their age, sex and physical
activity. Thus a nutritious and healthy diet is important in the prevention
and cure of various diseases.

Sex education for young generation. Why not ??? I think it is an
important thing for young generation. Because sex education
should be given to children who have grown up or teenager, both
through formal and informal education.

Sex education is important if the purpose of sex education

adapted with the developmental age. During this time, when we talk
about sex, than having in mind that most people are having sex. In
fact, sex education is not just about having sex. But, sex education
also related to the reproductive organs and how to care for hyiene
and health. Expected by sex education can reduce veneral disease,
AIDS and abortion among teenagers and also can prevent the
occurrence of the behavior of sexual perversion.

We need sex education. Because free sex life has spread into
the lives of children and youth. So, today teenagers must have to
respect and be responsible for themselves and their environment for
a bright future.

SEX EDUCATION IS IMPORTANT FOR YOUNG GENERATION

A good sex education can serve a s a guide for the youth,we saw
in the news . Sexting is the exchanges of visual and sexual images
through the use of cell phones. The youth are more into risky sexual
behavior now more than ever. The family as a basic institution is
challenged to face the consequences of such behaviors in the life of the
youth.
However the family as an institution needs the education sector to help
them out with the problems of the youth for the simple reason that the
youth spends so much time in the school and it has a great influence in
their lives. Education is still the second institution in charge of nurturing
them. A good sex education should be in placed

What the education sector needs to do to help shape the youths lives in
terms of sex education:

They must implement or include a curriculum review to include a good

sex education topic which includes the overall package of:

Inculcating the value of self worth among its student so that they
have a high regard of themselves and so they can have self
confidence and say no to sexual predators and to those who lure
them.

They should have a sense of moral values to know the value of life
itself

They should have sex education which include not only knowing
the anatomy of body parts but how to take care and protect
themselves, and other issues regarding personal hygiene
