BIOGRAPHY

As an artist ive always been drawn to the natural world as inspiration for my work .I feel as
though the relationship between nature and humans is an important one to be explored. After all
we rely on nature as much as it relies on us. The natural world provides us with food and shelter
as well as the very air we breathe.Without plants for example there would be no air to breathe and
without our breaths plants themselves would perish. this very relationship is what drives my
work.
My most recent work focuses on our relationship with nature in our daily lives. Abandoned is a
photo series that explores the change time has on failed businesses. Many of my subjects have
started to be taken back by nature in many stages of decay. These places once belonged to people
hopeful with a dream but sadly unless someone else takes these places over nature will soon take
its course. My goal with my current work is to bring new life to these forgotten places in hopes
of them gaining a fresh start.

2015 Art Force One Teacher, North Cobb High School and Sprayberry High School, Marietta
GA, Working with a group of other Art Education Students teaching lessons to special needs
students. These lessons were held twice a week for a month. These lessons were about Value , and

various shading techniques.

2013 Asian Art Camp Teacher , Mableton Arts Center, Mableton GA, 4-6 yr old Art Camp
teacher in charge of writing lesson plans,guiding students on projects,classroom setup and
cleanup.

2012 A Volunteer in an Art Class, Live Oak Elementary, Covington GA, setup, assisting students
