ASAs Mission Statement

The mission of Americans for Safe Access is to ensure safe and legal access to cannabis
(marijuana) for therapeutic uses and research.

ASAs stance on federal interference with medical cannabis state laws is one of zero-tolerance.

Cannabis is medicine and the truth is becoming more widely known and recognized.

Government should guide policy on compassion, care and scientific research.

The current federal policy on medical cannabis is hypocritical, immoral and a violation of basic
human rights.

Government must be accountable to the people.

Everyone deserves the right to produce, acquire and use their own medicine.

Do you agree with our mission statement?

If so, please consider becoming a member of Americans for Safe Access at
