Judul : Faktor- faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Program
Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di Wilayah Kerja
Puskesmas Taanjung Morawa Tahun 2017

ABSTRAK

Kesehatan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar masyarakat serta aspek

penting untuk menjadi makmur dan mampu. Pemerintah merespon hal ini dengan
menyediakan kebutuhan kesehatan dan perawatan kesehatan dalam upaya
mewujudkan kesehatan universal bagi semua orang. Pemerintah menetapkan
Kebijakan Program terkait hal tersebut.Dalam pelaksanaan Program Jaminan
Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa perlu ditingkatkan dimana
hal ini diharapkan akan semakin meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap peserta
Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk
mengetahui Faktor- faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Program Jaminan
Kesehatan (JKN) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa. Penelitan
dilaksanakan bulan Februari 2017. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan rancangan
penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai di
Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 49
responden, teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik random sampling dan pengumpulan
data dengan cara membagikan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistic
sederhana uji chi-square (=0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi
baik 18 responden (36,7%), komunikasi tidak baik 31 responden (63,3%).Sumber
daya yang cukup 10 responden (20,4%), sumber daya tidak cukup 39 responden
(79,6%). Disposisi/ sikap baik 43 responden (87,7%), disposisi/ sikap tidak baik 6
responden (12,2%).Suruktur Birokrasi baik 12 responden (24,5%), struktur birokrasi
tidak baik 37 responden (75,5%).
Kesimpulan dan saran : adanya pengaruh komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi/
sikap,struktur birokrasi terhadap keberhasilan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional
(JKN) di wilayah kerja Puskesmsa Tanjung Morawa Tahun 2016.Peneliti
menyarankan agar pelayanan lebih ditingkatkan kualitas demi mendukung
pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN).

prosperous and capable .Government respond to this by providing for the health and

set in health program.In Program Policies related to implementation of the National
Health Insurance Scheme (JKN) in Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa needs to be
improved where it is expected to further improve the quality of services to
participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN). The purpose of the study was to
determine factors are factors Influencing the Success of Health Insurance Program
(JKN) in Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa.Researcher implemented in February this
2017.Researcher analytic with cross sectional study design in this study were all
employees at the health center Tanjung Morawa.Amount samples in this study were
49 respondents, the technique used is the technique of random sampling and data
