diets. Also worked with current Sports Dietitian, Allison Maurer,
providing supplements to the athletes, analyzing BodPod data for the
football players, and conducting nutrient analyses.

Taught speed-agility-quickness drills concentrating on improving the athlete’s
neuro-muscular system. This premiere training program for athletes
improves linear, lateral and vertical movement so that it becomes
automatic, explosive and precise. Trained Tennessee Wesleyan Men’s
and Women’s Soccer, Bearden High School Girls Soccer, and numerous
Knoxville Football Club soccer teams.
